Award sponsored by Department of State Growth.

Hazell Bros was honoured to receive the Department of State Growth’s Safety at Roadworks award at the recent Tasmanian CCF Awards.  This award recognises the importance of supporting and encouraging safe working practices in often challenging circumstances.  Hazell Bros received the award for its strong focus on safety for workers and road users alike during the upgrade of the Bass Highway between Somerset and Wynyard.  The independent auditor rated the project as one of the best they had seen citing that the site was maintained to a high standard with staff who were professional and well-informed about safety requirements.   Congratulations to the project team.
