Hazell Bros Industrial Markets Division has been awarded a 5-year contract for the provision of mobile equipment and materials handling services with Norske Skog Boyer paper mill in Southern Tasmania. The fleet of over 50 mobile assets includes Wheel Loaders, Forklifts, Tip Trucks, Tow Tractors and Light Vehicles which will be maintained by the Hazell Bros maintenance team on site.
The commencement of this contract and partnership between two iconic Tasmanian businesses which were established in the 1940’s, marks a significant milestone and we are excited to be working with Norske Skog to achieve its future goals.
We are very proud to share our achievements at the CCF Tasmania 2024 State Awards
Hazell Bros was honoured to receive the Department of State Growth’s Safety at Roadworks award at the recent Tasmanian CCF Awards. This award recognises the importance of supporting and encouraging safe working practices in often challenging circumstances. Hazell Bros received the award for its strong focus on safety for workers and road users alike during the upgrade of the Bass Highway between Somerset and Wynyard. The independent auditor rated the project as one of the best they had seen citing that the site was maintained to a high standard with staff who were professional and well-informed about safety requirements. Congratulations to the project team.
