We are currently seeking a motivated, hardworking individual with a positive attitude to join our team.  The position will suit a recent graduate or someone with commensurate experience’ and the skills, attributes and attention to detail to assist in a range of financial and accounting duties, including but not limited to:

  • Reconciliation of bank and other GL accounts
  • MYOB data entry and reporting
  • BAS preparation as required
  • Continually evaluating and assessing policies, procedures and processes for improvement opportunities
  • Month end accounting including journals and reporting
  • General finance administration and backfill duties as required

The following will be critical to the success of the incumbent:

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications especially excel spreadsheets
  • A flexible, “can do” attitude
  • The ability to work independently and self-manage time and priorities
  • The ability to build credible and effective relationships with key stakeholders
